The East Leake Globetrotters is managed by Mark Waters. Mark is a former Track Athlete and Professional Sports Teacher who between 2014 and 2018 travelled the country inspiring children with Basketball Wow Days.

TEAM HISTORY
Founded in 2014
Following the success of the Basketball Wow Days in local schools the East Leake Globetrotters was set up to give children the opportunity to play basketball in a fun and energetic environment. Last term we had just under 60 children, boys and girls, age 5 to 15 years attend coaching with those children who want to given the opportunity to play local matches.
COACHING
Every Friday in the Sports Hall at East Leake Leisure Centre
Secondary Age Children 3.05 to 4.00pm
Primary Age Children 4.05 to 5.00pm
TERM 1
Dates:
11 September to 4 December 2020
(No coaching on 23 or 30 October
as it is half term)
TERM 2
Dates:
8 January to 2 April 2021
(No coaching on the 19 February
as it is half term)
TERM 3
Dates:
23 April to 16 July 2021
(No coaching on the 4 June as
it is half term)
